1. Globe Tower
Globe Tower at 32nd Street, Fort Bonifacio, won the Best Commercial Architectural Design and Best Commercial Development (Office category) in the 2014 Philippine Property Awards.
2. icon Residences
The two-tower condominium development was completed in 2011. The curved design allows residents of all units to have a view of Manila Golf Club.
3. Ore Central
Ore Central, a 30 storey office building, is set to complete in 2016. It is LEED registered building (i.e. environmental friendly), e.g. it uses energy efficient lighting, and harvests rainwater for irrigation and other domestic uses.
4. Grand Hyatt Manila at Veritown
When completed, it will be the tallest building in the Philippines. The top floors will be hotel rooms, while the rest will be office floors for Metrobank. The Metrobank Center will occupy the first 30 storeys, with the hotel will cover the 31st to 56th floors.
5. W City Center
A 29-storey office building to be completed in 2016. There will be 4 storeys of retail facilities in the lower levels. Its architect says “Our design for City Center Tower sought to push back against the geometric limits of the standard core and shell of a corporate office building by introducing a series of concentric circles within this traditional rectangular structure. “
6. MDi Corporate Center
This 17 storey building employs hi-tech glass panels that provides a unique exterior and at the same time superior insulation that reduces the building’s energy requirement for climate management. It has a garden at 8th floor, and a roof top terrace.
7. St. Michael the Archangel Church
The new St. Michael the Archangel Church is a replacement for the demolished old church. A temporary chapel is located across the street. 
8. Arya Residences
Arya Residences is a two tower residential development that has been certified as a green building by LEED.
9. Net Lima and Net Park
The recently opened Net Park received┬áÔÇ£5 Star Best Commercial High-Rise DevelopmentÔÇØ award at the International Property Awards in 2015. The building employs long-term cost-cutting technologies, such as utilizing geothermal energy, rain and condensate water recycling systems and high performance glass walls that resist tropical heat and maximize sunlight penetration.
10. One McKinley Place
This 43 storey building was completed in 2004, after much delay.This iconic building was designed by R. Villarosa Architects Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum. Its developer, Philtown Properties, Inc., which also developed Fairway Towers nearby and is a subsidiary of RFM Corporation,  has since gone out of business.
