There are many special activities as well as regular activities for kids to spend their Christmas holiday in Fort Bonifacio. Let us start.

A covered outdoor play area outside the lobby of The Mind Museum, Dino Play has a number of stations that let kids play and learn about dinosaurs. Ticket price is P200 per kid, and includes entrance to the museum’s park.
2. Let real story tellers lure your kid away from the TV or Youtube. “Children’s Stories: Animal Adventures”

Story-telling time with these themes: Starship Troopers, Animal Adventures, and Robot Recaps.
3. Let their creativity flow. “Makerspace Holiday Edition”
Where: The Mind Museum
When:
Best for: those interested in craft, probably 8 years and above.
Details: See here.
These workshops serve as a place for tinkerers to meet up. Young people get to learn about components that they can use to build things. With the low fee that they charge, these are the best valued workshops in town!
4. Try out different jobs at Kidzania
Where: Kidzania, 32nd Street
When: Their holiday schedule is 9am to 8pm from Dec 19 to 23, 2016. Their regular schedule is shorter.
Best for: Children between 4 to 14 years old, in our view.
Kidzania does not just provide a role playing environment, but a serious role playing environment that shows children major components of each job. There are so many things to do in each role that a child can only play a few of the many roles offered there.
5. Watch a classic musical play. “A Christmas Carol”
Where: Bonifacio High Street
When: December 21, 22 & 25. Each show starts at 8pm.
Details: See here.
Best for: Children above 12 years old to have a decent grasp of the story.
Bring your kids to musicals before these shows are replaced by 3D goggles completely!
6. Watch a Venetian parade. “Grand Venetian Christmas Parade”
Where: Venice Grand Canal Mall, McKinley Hill, Taguig City
When: December 25. 4pm, 6pm and 8pm.
Details: See here.
Best for: Children of all ages.
Let your child(ren) get an overdose of the festive mood in the theme-park like environment of Venice Grand Canal Mall. They have firework on Christmas weekends. Ride a gondola if you need an even more immersive experience.
7. Enjoy being tricked. “Science Circus”
Where: The Mind Museum
When: Now until end of January 2017.
Best for: Children above 7 years old to have an inkling that they are being tricked!
It is a small space outside The Mind Museum’s main building that includes several popular optical illusions for kids to experience. P200 per person for a one and half hour time slot.
8. Climb an indoor wall.
Where: R.O.X. at Bonifacio High Street, or 5th floor at Market! Market! Mall.
When: R.O.X. has not announced its Christmas operating hours yet. The Market! Market! Mall holiday hours are shown here, but the wall operator may decide to take a break during mall opening hours. So we need to try our luck.
We prefer the wall at R.O.X. because of the helpful and professional staff. They are very child friendly.
9. Push their limits. Try Flying Trapeze.
Where: Flying Trapeze Philippines, 25th Street corner 7th Avenue.
When: They are open during Christmas holiday. Find their schedule and book a session at their website, or call them at 0917-242-0331.
Best for: Any one above 8 years old, but young enough not to be scared of falling
It is true, while many grown ups will not dare to do this, we have seen many kids doing the trapeze and loving it, and it is a regular activity for several international schools nearby. Read about the experience of a first-timer in our blog.
10. Let them dive into a pool of soft balls.
Where: Kidzoona, 3rd floor, Uptown Place Mall, 36th Street, Fort Bonifacio.
When: they have not announced their holiday schedule yet. Please check with them at contact numbers: landline +63-2-9552861 / Globe +63-917-8024004
Best for: Kids between 3 to 6 years old.
Bring your toddler to play there if you can give close supervision. This play area suffered some bad publicity last November because of an accident in which a toddler fell and hit a sharp table corner in the role playing area. Since then, they have put more child-safe bumpers on the furniture.  Read about the facilities of this play area in this article.
11. Leave them to run, jump and slide
Where: KidzCity at basement of SM Aura Premier Mall, and ActiveFun at 9th Street corner 28th Street
When: Call KidzCity at: 556 7934 or +63 915 964 7188 and ActiveFun at +63908 689 6294 to check their holiday opening hours.
Best for: Kids between 3 and 8 years old
These are standard play areas with slides, trampoline, obstacles and toys in an enclosed area with padded floor and poles. ActiveFun is the larger one of the two, and both are well maintained and clean. The security of these places are good enough for you to feel safe to leave them there to play on their own if they are over 6 years old. Do not forget to leave them a bottle of water though.
12. Catch some Pokemons around Bonifacio Global City
Where: Bonifacio High Street, Burgos Circle
When: Any time
Best for: All ages
PokemonGo was a hot game when launched in the Philippines in August this year. The fever is now perhaps over, but this probably means it is a good time to start learning the game from your kid and have fun together! Bonifacio High Street and Burgos Circle are two kid friendly places that are known to have a lot of Pokemons.
