EVENT GUIDELINES
Ticket Availability: Starting October 11, 2023, event tickets can be purchased through Seda BGC’s Events Department, Front Desk, and Misto restaurant. For assistance, please call +632 7945 8888 local 8859 and 8937, or message us at +63917 577 6228 and +63917 586 4931.
Please note that due to limited availability, we highly-recommend that you purchase your tickets in advance.
Ticket Pricing:
Child (12 years old and below):
Php 1,800 net
With unlimited refreshments; participation in games and costume contest; loot bag
Companion (13 years old and older):
Php 1,500 net
With unlimited refreshments
CONTEST PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES
Registration: To secure your child’s spot as a contestant, please ensure advance online registration using this form. On the event day, registered children must go to the designated Registration Booth to receive their designated participant numbers.
Parade: The parade of contest participants to show off their costumes will start at 4:00 PM on the event day. The hotel team will organize them beforehand to facilitate the flow.
Prizes: Our Grand Winner will be treated to an unforgettable overnight stay in a Deluxe Room with buffet breakfast for three persons (two adults and one child up to 12 years old) at Seda BGC.
Other prizes at stake are Cutest, Scariest, Most Creative Costume. Winners for the latter special awards will receive prizes such as dining vouchers from Seda BGC or delightful gift packs from our event sponsors.
Categories and Judging Criteria: The Costume Contest is divided into two age groups: Ages 4-7 and 8-12 years old.
The judging criteria for the Grand Winner encompass:
Creativity (20%)
Originality (20%)
Effort (20%)
Authenticity (20%)
Overall Impact (20%): The costume should possess the “WOW” factor, and the wearer should radiate confidence and ease of movement onstage.
Judging Process: Our panel of judges will carefully evaluate the costumes and make their final determinations during the parade. The judgments rendered by the judges are definitive. In the event of a tie, judges may request contestants’ numbers for further score deliberation.
Ineligibility: Children and relatives of Seda Hotels employees, judges, and sponsors up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are not eligible to participate in the contest.
