In north Bonifacio, new parking facilities have opened at Bonifacio Uptown (e.g. One Uptown Residence, Uptown Ritz), while Grand Hyatt Hotel has reduced the parking rate to P75 for the first 3 hours.

UPDATE: March 1, 2018

If you think parking in The Fort is easy peasy, boy are you mistaken. Due to the influx of vehicles of residents, workers and visitors in the city, parking has become increasingly difficult. And oftentimes, vehicle owners are unaware of other available parking spaces aside from the well-known ones.

We have searched every corner of The Fort to track down all available public parking lots. Below are maps and tables of available public parking spaces in all corners of The Fort such as Bonifacio Global City, Uptown Bonifacio and McKinley Hill.

We have divided the parking lots into 3 groups. Purple and Green Parking lots are both managed by Ayala Property Management Company (APMC), but the purple parking lots have more expensive rates after the first few hours. The Orange parking lots are those managed by companies other than APMC.

Notes and contact numbers are provided below each table.

Tips When Parking in The Fort

  • Unless you have a reserved slot, park as early as possible. Parking can be hectic in all parking spaces especially before 8AM.
  • The parking spaces with the lowest rates tend to fill up first. So again, park early.┬á
  • Between 10AM and 11AM is also a bad time to park as lines of cars can get really nasty, even in the more expensive purple lots.┬á
  • If you canÔÇÖt make it to The Fort before 8AM and arenÔÇÖt willing to pay higher rates, then it would be better to just leave your car at home.
  • If youÔÇÖre concerned about parking fees, then you would need to strategize a plan that would incur the lowest cost. Suppose you need to go to two places in Bonifacio High Street during a weekday. You will need to spend 3 hours each in 3 different parking lots, exiting before 6PM. If you park all 8 hours in a purple lot, this parking need will cost you P300.00. If you manage to park in a green parking lot for the whole 8 hours, it will cost P85.00. But getting in a green parking lot can take a lot of time. If you park in a purple parking lot, which has more vacancies even during rush hours, for the first 3 hours and then move your car to a green parking lot, it will only cost you P105.00 in total, but you may have to spend your lunch hour waiting for a slot in a green parking lot: who says parking is no fun?
  • An obscure parking space at the West area of The Fort is the Bonifacio One Technology Tower (BOTT) Retail parking lot along 31st Street. Get there early to have a chance!
  • Be reminded that you cannot park anywhere in The Fort because if you do, towing trucks are ready to take your cars into the pound. If you want your beloved vehicle to be released, then be prepared to pay a hefty fine of P2,000.
