About Shangri-La, The Fort:
ÔÇ£Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila is a mixed-use development composed of a
hotel (Shangri-La hotel at the Fort),
Hotel Residences (Shangri-La Residences) and Condominiums for sale
(Horizon Homes). It will have 60 floors with 577 hotel guest rooms, 97
hotel residences and 96 Horizon Homes.
Guestrooms will range in size from 45 to 47 sq.m. for a standard room
and 90-240 sq.m. for a hotel residence. The project used to be jointly
owned by Shang Properties Inc.
and Alphaland Corp. through their subsidiaries. However, the latter
sold its stake (20% of project) to Shang Properties, Inc. in May 2014.
According to the latest update
(made in December 2013), the project is expected to complete in early
