Let us check out the commercial establishments in this newly finished complex located on the east side of Fort Bonifacio Global City.
This office complex has two towers, and is located across Two Serendra and the Finance Tower. It has two floors of commerical spaces. You can see them in the video at the end of this article.
Next to this complex, a park is apparently being constructed. This will be a great addition to this area of Fort Bonifacio Global City, as green space is what makes this place worthy of the premium rental value that it commands.
Currently, the commercial area is about 50% occupied. You can see all of them in the video. Below are photos of a few of them.

This is a gym that is similar to the spinning bicycle gyms where you exercise in a group on a machine. Instead of cycling motion, you step on the machine that offers different degrees of resistance.

Nono restaurant is a chain that serves fusion Filipino and western food. It also sells cookies and cakes.
