Uptown Parade is an entertainment hub in North Bonifacio, being home to a number of night clubs, restaurants and shops. Currently, its main parking area, the open space at 11th Avenue corner 38th Street, has closed off a large portion to make way for the construction of a multi-storey parking building.
As such, patrons of the commercial establishments have to park either at Uptown Mall, or at one of the alternative parking areas provided by the developer of Bonifacio Uptown, namely Megaworld Corporation.

However, as many of the buildings which serve as alternative parking areas for Uptown Parade are actually buildings under construction, their availability and desirability as parking for Uptown Parade is not that reliable.
There are currently only two viable options: Uptown Parksuites and One Uptown Residence. We do not recommend Uptown Parksuites, as we tried it three weeks ago, and found that the pay parking was in basement 5, where there was no lift to go up, and it was still mostly an area under construction with dirt and building materials scattered everywhere.

The pay parking at One Uptown Residence, however, was a delightful find. Parking is at basement 2, and it is open 24 hours. During mall hours, i.e. from 10AM to 10PM, you can even use an air-conditioned tunnel to go inside Uptown Mall – a great option when it rains!
